It is the week of The 4th of July, and we will be closed in observance of Independence Day, on Wednesday, but we still have a busy week in store for you at The Little Blue Library. Monday is Story Time in the Gardens @ 10:30 am. The subject this week will be Trees. Kids Café’ will be provided Mon, Tue, Thurs, and Friday this week from noon to 1 pm. Thursday is another wonderful teen program for 7 continents 7 instruments. This week will be Asia. They will be making an instrument that has existed for a thousand years. It is a Dizi. Friday will be another fun filled family day from 9 am to 3 pm. Come play Pokémon Go & Geocaching. You will see the wonderful gardens, maybe learn something new, and have a lot of fun. Do not forget to log your activities for the Summer Reading Program when you do. Check our events calendar on our website at hcpl.net to see what activities we have coming up.
